Return Policy

1) For requesting a refund, Customer have to fill and sign the form we provide in email or on guarantee information page, and send it to us via postal mail or email along with the copy of national ID Card and a proof of address. 2) For requesting a refund, the Customer have to write a reason of unsatisfaction. 3) The reason have to be part of our service, in first place it cannot be connected to profitability of the trading system. The reason also cannot be connected to a part of software that not we wrote (e.g. an external indicator), or to any mistake that the MetaTrader software have. 4) The Customer have to contact us at least 5 business days before requesting a refund and provide all information we would need to solve the problem stated in 1. point. 5) The refund request will be accepted and processed within 30 days. 6) Any cost of payment will be deducted from the refundable amount. 7) The customer filling a chargeback without requesting refund and waiting for processing the way described above, lose the guarantee for that purchase.

Custom Indicators

While custom indicators can be used in your project, please note that they may not work as intended and may be unsuitable for use in an expert advisor. We assume no responsibility for technical issues related to custom indicators and advise that you contact the original programmer for assistance.
